Who Can Participate?

Any child between 7 and 11 years old is eligible to take part in the Lion Cubs Mathematical Contest. This age range is designed to match the developmental stage of young learners who are beginning to explore problem solving, logical thinking, and mathematical creativity.

Children who are 6 years old and eager to participate are also welcome. Many younger learners enjoy the challenge and benefit from early exposure to mathematical contests. However, it is important to note that no special adjustments or considerations will be made for younger participants. All contestants will work with the same problem sets and under the same conditions.

This approach ensures fairness for all children while still giving motivated younger learners the opportunity to join the experience.
