Before the Contest

  • Download and print the contest papers from the Team Leaders Portal
  • Prepare a quiet room — desks spaced apart, no displays or posters with mathematical content visible
  • Ensure each student has pencils, an eraser, and a ruler
  • Check the time allocation for your age group

During the Contest

  • Read the instructions aloud before students begin
  • Start and stop the timer as directed
  • Students must work individually — no talking, no sharing answers
  • No calculators, phones, or electronic devices allowed
  • Supervise quietly and be available for procedural questions only

After the Contest

  • Collect all papers immediately
  • Upload or submit results through the Team Leaders Portal
  • Do not share or discuss the contest content publicly

Setting Up

  • Choose a quiet, well-lit space free from distractions
  • Have pencils, an eraser, a ruler, and blank paper ready
  • Download the contest paper from the portal when available
  • Print the paper in advance — working on-screen is not recommended

During the Contest

  • Act as the supervisor — start and stop the timer
  • Do not help with answers or give hints
  • Ensure no calculators or electronic devices are used

After the Contest

  • Submit the student's answers through the portal
  • Online participants receive their raw score but are not eligible for official awards
